Hillary Clinton is Done

Yeah, other then it's pretty much all wet dreams of Republican apologists. Oh your opinion is noted and duly discarded as one.

No president in history has had the level of scrutiny into his private life as he's had. So let's talk evidence and not opinion, k? Oh by talk, I don't mean bloviating on this forum, I'm talking about a court of law.

When you're banging your intern at the office, that's not really your private life anymore.

To be precise, he didn't actually bang her. No doubt Monica wanted to be banged, and she even had the opportunity, but she blew it.

Nyuk nyuk.

I agree the number of claims doesn't make them true, but there is a proven pattern. Lewinsky, Flowers, both admitted and he settled with Jones. Know anyone with a pattern like that?
Willey and Broderick's allegations are exactly that and I acknowledge that. I only mentioned if you had seen Willey's accusation.

...snip...

Admitted "... sexual abuse...."?

How about when Slick Willy served his wife with divorce papers while she was undergoing cancer treatment in the hospital and he was fooling around with the next one? Oh, wait -- that was Newt. But I'm sure it was Clinton hiking the Appalaichan Trail....

Just wanted to add, these are democrat women who are accusing him, they actually worked for the cause of democrats. Many of you ought to investigate them and their claims, it is chilling. For it to be dismissed out of hand because Bill is your hero, I think is tragic.

I didn't know Bill was running again.

If Trump wants to bitch and complain about Bill Clinton, then I suppose that is all right to do. After all, Bill Clinton is a public figure and his personal life is a bit sordid, therefore Trump could easily find many things to bitch about.

However, if Trump really wants to be the next President, then he needs to talk about what is going on now and in the future as opposed to discussing a long-retired former President.

Practically speaking, during the upcoming election there will be quite a few new voters who only know about Bill Clinton via history books, therefore Trump needs to connect with them as opposed to speaking to the Clinton haters who will never vote for Hillary under any circumstances.

I think there is no question that Bill will play a big role in a Hillary Clinton administration. Even back in 1992, they were telling people that they were going to be a package deal. Given his political skills, his connections, his knowledge, and his experience, I think he's going to be far more influential than anybody else in the administration (especially whoever the VP is). Bill might even end up being the main decision maker. He not only knows about all of Hillary's skeletons, but he might even dominate her emotionally and psychologically. That's probable in fact, given his personal charm and prodigious intellect. His philandering past may even make it more likely (I'm not a psychologist, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express a few weeks ago).

As for whether or not Bill's record of sexual harassment should be an issue, I'm agnostic on the question. He's probably too old and sickly to do anything so outrageous as to cause political problems, let alone national security problems. On the other hand, it sends a bad signal to sweep his past under the rug. If Bill Cosby can be prosecuted for sexual abuse that happened decades ago, surely we can feel queasy about putting a credibly accused rapist in the White House (and, yes, Juanita Broaddrick's accusation of rape is highly credible in my opinion).
Arguing that Bill Clinton would be de facto President is an argument in favor of voting for Hillary in the eyes of most Americans.

Wow. This link says that Newt served divorce papers on his first wife while she was in hospital recovering from cancer treatment!!!!! That really shows Trebuchet!!!!!

 The link that Zigg posted that shows that is false?

I read the "full answer", thinking it was, and didn't bother reading down to the update. My mistake.

Still Newt is a high order of scum.

Perhaps. We always like to think this is true of our political opponents, don't we? And we always look for reasons for it to be true as well. Nevertheless, the story in question is still false.

We know Newt is scum because stories like this are true.

We know stories like this are true because we know Newt is scum.

What if most of what you think is true about Newt is actually stories like this?

I don't give a crap about his personal life. But do find it absolutely hilarious that managed to wreck his career over the Clintons' personal life

Wrong again, what ruined Newts career is he started to veer left. Same as Hastert, same as Boehner.
