Its very difficult for a woman to accuse rape and have it stick. But this man has a pattern, he has admitted to two affairs and accused of multiple others. Its enough for me to reject him in any private or public sector job.

I get the feeling you would reject Ghandi/Schweitzer/Christ/name your hero, if he was a Democrat.

The Christian right does reject the teachings of Jesus who was after all a dirty commie.

Fair enough. I thought of throwing in a few fascist names, but thought it too provocative. And heaven forbid that provocation enter this thread.....

I don't think that's at all fair. These claims (as vague as they are) have been investigated by all sorts of authorities over the course of decades. None have ever concluded that the President was guilty of sexual assault. The fact that there are a number of claims doesn't make any one of them more true.

Agreed, but he has a pattern, it cannot be dismissed.

Many claims of rape are vague, many of these women have not had investigations because the women were threatened.
Have you heard Kathleen Willey's story? You do realize in 1992 she and her husband formed Virginia for Clinton?

Just understand that you are pretty close to alone in your views. The majority of people don't care. Some people pretend to care, but most of those are just trying to score political points.

No, I don't think I am alone, here there only be a few, but people understand what marriage infidelity is and these two clearly live it. Here people couldn't care less but that reflects on them, no ones ever accused the left of having morals.

The sanctity of marriage would seem a poor reason to condemn Hillary for sticking with her husband.

Unless she was in on it for the furthering of her career. With all the known evidence, do you think she was in on it?

Who cares? She's applying to head the largest national security apparatus the world has ever known. Boy Scouts (or Girl Scouts) need not apply.

If you can't trust her with things like this, how can you trust her in anything else.

I doubt any of them would be liberals, can you imagine Ghandi celebrating an abortion?

Citation please for anyone celebrating an abortion please.
:(
Continuing to deploy a strawman demonized notion of "lol librulz" doesn't lend credence to your position. It makes your position appear uninformed.

I still haven't seen anyone celebrating an abortion, unless we are using drastically different understandings for the term "celebrating". Generally nonplussed, a bit anxious and then relieved that a medical procedure which always carries a risk of complication was complete and unremarkable. But I see nothing that I would consider a celebration.

Must be pretty dull parties where ever it is you hale from...

Unless she was in on it for the furthering of her career. With all the known evidence, do you think she was in on it?
I suppose it depends on what you mean by "in on it." I think she'd have had to be blind not to know he was the sort of guy he was, and probably had some level of tolerance, a level I know I would neither have nor expect, but I'm not them. If her level of tolerance was influenced by the advantage of being first lady, and furthering her political career, yes, sure, probably. She was, after all, in an odd position of being married to a very powerful person whose connections were very useful, and I'd be surprised if she did not do a lot of calculating to decide what was worth what. I find that a less than wonderful recommendation with regard to personality, but I am not marrying the woman, I'm considering how and whether the calculations she made will be beneficial to government. If I were looking for someone to shoot pool and drink a beer with, i'd probably rather down a cold one with George W. Bush, but I'd never vote for him as president.

If by "in on it" you mean she was abetting or promoting Bill's infidelities,I don't have any reason to believe that's the case.
