“I have a much broader base to build a winning coalition on,” she said in the interview, citing an article by The Associated Press.

It “found how Senator Obama’s support among working, hard-working Americans, white Americans, is weakening again, and how whites in both states who had not completed college were supporting me.”

“There’s a pattern emerging here,” she said.

I have that same faith, or rather I think there is a portion of the American People who have been disaffected by their choices for national office for many years. And I also believe that those people can be reached, that social media is a huge part in that outreach, and that they can be motivated to actually WORK on the campaign.

And I think that group of people cannot be stopped once they have been motivated. Motivate the silently suffering and revolutions do happen. I'd give this one 60:40 odds at this point in time.

That is the second time you have erroneously and improperly questioned the relevance of my posts to this thread.

Don't get too tied up with the thread title, and rather immerse yourself in the actual opening post and subsequent posts.

The opening post was about a debunked right wing claim, and the subsequent posts were pointing out the fallibility of the source. I repeat, what is the relevance of your dubious claim?

/curious that you didn't raise that same question with the dozens and dozens of posts about Bernie Sander in this thread.... curious.

I understand that this was the default Clinton thread, but by all means knock yourself out, I know that is WAY easier than addressing Hillary's hypocrisy and racism....

You haven't demonstrated Clinton's hypocrisy, and her 'racism' appears to be a clumsily worded description of demographics that supported her.

Dubious evidence for a very tenuously relevant claim.

I didn't once see her describe Sanders as a racist. She said that some people claim it's an urban problem, but it's not, it's an everyone problem. Sounds pretty standard to me.

Then again, my hatred for Hillary doesn't blind me to the point where I have to spin everything and anything she does to be the worst possible thing ever done by anyone ever.

Thanks. I was aimlessly trying to mouse over all the words in your previous post to see if a link would pop! :D

As to the article, I don't understand HC's strategy here. Her poll numbers were swinging back up so, what, she decides NOW is a good time to play the race/sexism card? All that does for me is it reminds me of my apprehension to her in the first place.

I just get the feeling that if the woman were racist, it probably would have come out by now. It would at least be reflected in the percentage of minorities supporting her.
