You've got Comey on the brain don't you. Comey doesn't decide who is charged. Why not leave him out of it then?

And these emails were very vague messages about the drone program that her subordinates forwarded to her. And none of them were properly marked....

Nope, I'm going to stick with stupid. As reckless as her actions were, she is still a better choice than Trump. She doesn't get my vote though.

He's the one who went on national television and said that he isn't recommending charges, that no reasonable prosecutor would charge her. Causing Republican morons to drag him out to testify where he swore under oath that nobody would be prosecuted for what she did.

The DOJ clearly went along with what he and his team decided and you're just playing semantics.

She isn't being given a break. You just plain made that up.

Comey said, multiple times, HRC was not given special treatment, recommending charges would have been. It would have been celebrity hunting. HDS sufferers don't have the intellectual integrity to accept his decision.

Yep, he said that Hillary would be given worse treatment than anyone else would be if she were prosecuted. Of course, HDS sufferers dismiss him as a corrupt liar or incompetent.

What acts? The ones that the FBI already decided aren't criminal? Some other ones that only exists in your head?

You have no idea how funny it is to me that you're still holding on to hope that she will be thrown in prison.

When election day comes and your insane fantasy still has not come to fruition, who do you hope will win, Hillary or Donald?

I don't know how safe I feel about predicting that post convention bump for Donald. The convention is a disaster and poorly attended. He might be stuck where he is. Hillary might get a bump from this as they might be talking about her more than him.

Neverhillary! Lying under oath, stealing and destroying governmental secrets, lying.

Hell I would be fine if Obama pardons her on the condition that a grossly incompetent rapacious sneering liar like her agrees to step aside for a competent candidate.

The only insane fantasy is that a sociopath like Hillary who would do anything for power is a credible candidate.
