yes, I too wondered if this should have gone in the Comedy sub-forum. but this is true.

Palestinian human rights groups are asking Hamas to investigate war crimes allegations against them.

Israel could show them the way by conducting an independant Judicial investigation as the Goldstone report requests...

see...what this is all about is first seeing if the parties are willing and capable of conducting their own credible independant judicial investigation befor the external stick of international courts.... It appears that both Hamas and Israedl are not willing ....and you cheer this all the way.

The Fool accepts any negative report of Israel as absolute truth. I don't know exactly what The Fool has against the Jewish State, but then, I'm not sure what exactly Hitler had against the Jews, either. Perhaps just a convenient scapegoat.

No...one is a terrorist organisation and the other is a national army. Both have been requested to perform their own independent judicial inquiry and you are against one of the inquiries. "Moral equivalence" seems to be your chant whenever the possibility that the IDF may be in the wrong arises.

A more important reason is what happens to those who dare to question their legitimacy.
