Don't worry about it. If you treat your local chemtrails with a spritz bottle of vinegar, HAARP will be neutralised for several miles around.

Your treating some former general's hypothetical question as fact? That's all you need? Your 'major news networl' wasn't cpvering the HAARP story, it was covering central American nutjob Chavez's frothings on the subject. I wonder which DIF member he is?

Which major news network is doing the reporting? Why it's that well known bastion of independent factual reporting Russia Today again :rolleyes: You don't think one of Putin's playthings might be just a teensy weensy bit less than neutral there?

I don't want to say you are wrong, but your opinion about RT is only an opinion. RT is a leading source of alternative news that the controlled news in the USA won't touch. You say that RT is a puppet. This is such a laugh. Even though the Russian government is a leader in the military use of HAARP, it's still possible for RT to report on it.

The American government and their controlled media still won't even admit that they control the weather.
