Guiliani Suspended from Practicing Law

Giuliani having to surrender his condominium in Palm Beach, Florida might mean he would have nowhere to live?

Oh yes he will:

The first time Eric Ferguson arrived at Palm Beach County’s new temporary homeless shelter, he thought he’d been taken to jail.
“I was scared to come in because I saw the barbed wire,’’ he said. But once he opened the doors to his dorm at the Lewis Center Annex — and felt a comforting blast of air-conditioning — he knew his living situation had just taken a drastic turn for the better. Then he saw more amenities, basic creature comforts that were nonexistent when he was living on the streets: beds with frames and mattresses, showers, flat-screen televisions, hot meals, laundry rooms and WiFi, even bathrobes. According to the internet, the median rental price for one bedroom apartments in Miami is US$2688/month. But if he chooses the right neighborhood or opts for a studio, he can undoubtedly get it cheaper.

He'll have to cut back on the Starbucks and avocado toast.

Has Giuliani committed any federal crimes that he can be pardoned for? Or can’t Trump help him at all (if he could)?

He hasn't been charged with any. He faces state charges in Arizona and Georgia.

There was a point at which Giuliani might have been charged with criminal contempt of court in the defamation case, but that's now moot.

Rudy Giuliani has "fully satisfied" the $148m (£120m) defamation judgement he owed two former Georgia election workers, court documents show.

They were compensated on Friday, court documents filed in Manhattan federal court show, following a January settlement agreement that allowed Giuliani to keep his New York and Florida homes.

The court documents did not say how much compensation the election workers received.

How long before he defames them again, nullifies the settlement and forces them back to court?

I wonder who bailed him out, $$$$-wise, because it certainly wasn't Donnie Diapers.

I am more interested in WHY they would have bailed him out.

I don't think Giuliani has any real value in a political sense (too many embarrassments), and its not like he brings any great skills or knowledge to the republicans.. Seems like the type of person you would just throw to the wolves.

Was someone feeling generous for some reason? That would seem out of character for republicans.

Perhaps the Four Seasons wants him for an ad campaign!

In a case like this I have to admit I am tempted to get my tin foil hat out and wonder what dirt he has someone.

He was the mayor in New York when Trump was running his sham companies there. I would bet the answer wouldn't be too tough to find lol.

Probably not directly, but Trump might have asked one of the billionaires on the front row of his inauguration to rummage in their couch cushions for the cash. And I firmly believe that the final settlement amount wasn't even close to the $148 million judgment. Another possibility I've mentioned before is that one or both of the contested apartments could have been put under lien by the plaintiffs, such that when Giuliani dies, a payoff occurs to the plaintiffs before his heirs can do anything with them.

Pity is all I can think of. As you say, he has no political value and might now be a political liability.

True enough, but I wonder how that would translate to any actual leverage. Trump is essentially untouchable at this point. You can't prosecute him, and there would be a statute of limitations problem anyway. And I can't imagine Trump being susceptible to any kind of decades-old underworld leverage.
