I had been thinking it was "buy your son a seat on the submersible to go see the Titanic" but this is way past that.
 
It will be interesting to see who attends that fundraiser.

I wouldn't put it past Trump to charge for tours to Ivana's grave. Or to have a sign up near her grave saying "Future Home of Pres. Donald J. Trump".

Georgia election workers Ruby Freeman and Wandrea "Shaye" Moss won their defamation case against Rudy Giuliani Wednesday.

The judge's order means Giuliani will have to pay damages for spreading false claims that Moss and Freeman secretly processed and counted batches of illegal ballots at a Georgia arena used to tabulate votes following the 2020 election. The pair said they received death threats and harassment after Giuliani identified them by name and likened them to drug dealers.

Freeman and Moss said in a statement that the ruling confirms that "there was never any truth to any of the accusations about us."

Giuliani previously admitted that his statements were false and damaged Moss and Freeman's reputations, but left open the possibility of challenging the claims on appeal.

Giuliani will now face a civil trial in federal court in Washington to determine how much he will have to pay.

Moss and Freeman settled defamation claims against far-right news outlet One America News Network last year.

Given Giuliani's other legal woes and the associated costs, I wonder if Ruby Freeman and Wandrea "Shaye" Moss will end up seeing anything of any award they get. :(

Now that fundraisers are set up to help Giuliani with his legal expenses, would it be possible to use these funds to pay his damages?
 
Magats on Twitter are still saying they are guilty, this is all part of the conspiracy against Trump.
Some of them are making quite violent threats.

Would depend on whether the court would consider he has control or not. If the fundraisers paid the funds into his account then definitely, I doubt they would be that daft.... hmmmm....

Giuliani is now getting sued by his lawyer.

NEW YORK (AP) — Rudy Giuliani’s former lawyer sued him Monday, alleging the ex-New York City mayor has paid only a fraction of nearly $1.6 million in legal fees he’s racked up from investigations into his efforts to keep Donald Trump in the White House.

Robert Costello and his law firm, Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP, say Giuliani has paid them just $214,000 and still has a $1.36 million tab. Giuliani’s last payment, according to the lawsuit, was $10,000 on Sept. 14 — about a week after Trump hosted a $100,000-a-plate fundraiser for Giuliani at his Bedminster, New Jersey, golf club.

Now keep in mind that at this point it is just an allegation and she hasn't given any proof. (And an allegation by someone who had the poor judgement to be a Trump supporter for a while.) But then, Discount Nosferatu doesn't exactly have a lot of credibility.

(And I should point out that as a Trump supporter, she knew what Stubby McBonespurs was like, given the "grab 'em" tape that came out in the 2016 election... so why expect different from Trump's team? Or was Giuliani not famous enough to be able to do that to women? Women shouldn't be subject to unwanted sexual attention, but this sort of smacks of "How should I know that sticking my hand in the blender would leave me with fewer fingers?")
