I had to do an RMA for an EVGA card twice too. The second time the card was fine, and like you they had absolutely no problem paying for the shipping (from Canada).

Turnaround was good, too - unlike an Archos RMA that took two and half months.

So far so good on the latest replacement, no stability issues at all and it runs 25⁰C cooler than the last one.
