GMOs: This is World War III- It Just Isn't Labeled

:words:

Lots of blather, zero substance. GMOs are killing us? How, exactly? What specific GMOs on the market today, in the food supply, are doing what, specifically, to kill us? Please do regale us with your logical, fact based reasoning!

I have to wonder -Unless the evil conspirators are not human what exactly are they eating then?

Maybe all organic farmers are in on it?

Duh, Quinoa. Perhaps some kale. And, definitely kambucha to wash it down.

aaaaah, but how do they know all those things weren't secretly GMO'd - obviously Monsanto is the public and obvious face of the enemy while unseen the evil does it work? lol

Crazy talk! Monsatan can do nothing against the holy QKK trinity!

Actually, yes. Your evidence for any and all of these assertions would be nice. We can start with the one where Her Majesty - head of the Church of England - is a member of an organization that requires that you be a Roman Catholic.

I believe the UK still has a requirement that Catholics be removed from the royal line of succession.

Seconded. It's useful to distinguish GMO from selective breeding.

Back to the topic - what a monumental load load of guff.

Which kind of selective breeding? No one really uses standard breeding in generational time anymore.

Mutagenesis by radiation and chemicals of certain plants with traits you want and then hybridization with your food plant?

your history is terrible.
since the 'glorious revolution' of 1688 when the catholics were booted out of britain, no monarch has been catholic, in fact they have to be in the church of england which separated from the roman catholic church in 1534.
since 2011 members of the british monarchy can marry a catholic, however they could never use the title prince, princess, king, queen.

Sorry if I wasn't clear - I was asking for the World Father's evidence that Queen Elizabeth was a member of the Knights of Malta. Which should be interesting given that she's CofE, not Catholic.

Sir, I didn't state that the Queen of England is a Catholic. She is not. Nor are several thousands of members of the American Knights of Malta, including Henry Kissinger, who is apparently Jewish. SMOM membership doesn't require Catholicism, just allegiance to the Pope. It's different. With a modicum of research you would know this, but only if you cared. Since people say that those who don't understand history are doomed to repeat it, I dig deeper than many of the people on this forum because I find the repetition boring and therefore seek to understand and spread the actual truth.

Sorry, my friend, I know history much better than you. History is what actually happened. It is not just a perceptual reality, but an actuality. If a tree falls in the forest and no one is there to see it, did it actually fall or does it have to do with how somebody can spin it? It fell, kids.

They say that history is written by the victors. Lies about history may be written by them, but that is not actual history. Accepted American history, according to the skewed Wikipedia, says that Sirhan Sirhan killed Bobby Kennedy. Yet, coroner Thomas Noguchi stated that Bobby died from a gunshot wound in the back of the head. That is history. The other story is just fluff someone manufactured to entertain and to pick the pockets of the people in the cheap seats. Perhaps yourself...

Thank You,
Peter Valentino

Two Kinds of People

Another classic Papamundi thread. Now, back to reality...

Sir: For the purposes of this forum, we can say that there are two kinds of people in the world: the supporters of the Status Quo, and the Lunatic Fringe. I must confess that I would have to take my place amongst the latter. When I look at the status quo I get a sixth sense, I see dead people. Better a lunatic than a lemming, I always say.

Like it or not, my friends, evolution exists. Yet, some people are evolving and some are going backwards. So, Darwin was right only to some extent. Perhaps, in the case of this forum, the actual intellectuals and forward thinking people are also introspective and introverted. Thus I get an avalanche of negativity that is generally not backed up by any reasoning whatsoever. It is simply reactionary, trivial and unworthy.

Perhaps one of you whom I am mentioning would like to write a rebuttal post telling me why you love to eat GMOs and to share them with your family. Did you have an all GMO Christmas? Also in your post, tell me your honest reasons why you would not want other people to know about the existence of GMOs in their food. I would like to hear some sound reasoning from the philosophers amongst you.

I dare you…

Said With Love,
Peter Valentino

Discussion Time at the ISF...Everybody gets to vote!

I don't know. Last time he was here, he just pushed his own videos and didn't engage in conversation. I wouldn't want to invest the energy unless he indicated a willingness to discuss.

Forgive me guys, I'm just trying to understand you better. Now, you think that, in America, we shouldn't have the right to decide what we eat anymore. Is that correct?

And this forum is International Skeptics, right? So, is it that you're skeptical of new ideas? Is that it? And isn't it a radical new idea in America that we have to abrogate the US Constitution and States Rights in order to have GMOs remain unlabeled? Now, stay with me here, boys... Wouldn't it make more sense to be skeptical of that radical idea?

What is it exactly that you are skeptical of? Maybe you're not really skeptical of anything at all and we should change the name of the forum to:
The Protectors of the Status Quo.

Honesty is good...
