Perhaps this is the actual owner?

I think they could use the services of "Banker Manager" to, um, polish up that gem of a website.

Too bad I don't have time right now. It seems I have a benefactor who wants me to help him transfer $29,289,644.00 .....

On May 29, 2000, Ramin Mesgarlou was hired by 3XS
Enterprises to manage the company’s sales staff and sales
program. An Ottawa-based franchise of the United Consumers’
Club, 3XS sold club memberships to consumers,
entitling them to the privilege of purchasing a wide range
of household products at discounted prices. The company’s
profits were derived entirely from the revenue
generated by the sale of memberships.
Mesgarlou’s contract of employment provided for
an annual salary of $42,000, plus bonuses. The parties
also agreed that the contract could be terminated after
the first three months of employment subject to notice
in accordance with the Ontario Employment Standards
Act.
Mesgarlou was successful at his job, and sales increased
under his leadership.
Apparently pyramid schemes are prolific.

ETOA: I am speculating that 3XS is a MLM as it's profits are entirely from membership sales. If that is the only source of profits and it is a MLM then it is a classic pyramid scheme.

These guys are so new that they haven't come under fire yet, but it seems that both their CEO, Ramin Mesgarlou, and one of their VPs, Oliver Koncz, were apparently involved in Treasure Traders International (TTI), which was shut down as an illegal pyramid scheme

Please check out this particularly evil pyramid scheme which started in Canada about 1 1/2 years ago. They are using emeralds to mask the pyramid scheme. The emeralds are showing up on E-Bay and other clearing housing houses for as low as 3.3 cents of what Treasure Traders International unrealisitic appraisals are. UK citizens are now being fraudulently led to pay thousands for these junk gem important stones ei. a 'gem pack' touted at TTI meetings supposedly worth $1350 sold for $45 dollars on E-Bay. This is the exact same pyramid structure as the damaging pyramid fraud 'Women Empowering Women' which actually came from Canada in 1998, not the U.S. much later, as UK citizens believed. Many of the same people who escaped prosecution in he WEW are promoting this scam.

Do these companies have some sort of bot trawling the internet looking for their company being discussed? Bank Manager was hot on the trail to be fair....

Of course, the people who get in early on the pyramid scams never have any complaints.

He has 2 Posts by now, TCS. He was searching for negative discussions about his "success" and "Global Wealth Trade", rather than "spending precious and valuable time with his young sons", obviously.

This stuff is getting really old. Schools need to cover these types of scams in their curriculum to keep people from getting involved at a younger age.

It would be nice if the school prevented these jokers from recruiting from within them! And then, yes, when recruiting is happening there, they should start to educate the students about them. I got NO response from the school.
