Ghost Tours and Morality

There's often a rush to judgement around here to be the first to call "Sockpuppet!" or woo or wolf in sheep's clothing or truther.

Just fyi for everyone, in a recent thread, the mods asked that we don't call anyone a "Sock Puppet" at all. The correct thing to do when we suspect a sock puppet is to report the post and ask the mods to check and see if it's a sock puppet for themselves.

Woo, wolf in sheep's clothing, and truther are all fair game still. I agree that it accomplishes nothing to make such accusations. It's not like there's a prize or something for being the first to call it.

Why do none of these 'ghost tours' go to old battlefields where there's plenty of unhappy souls that should be hanging about ?

I think it depends more on unhappy tourists hanging about, wanting to spend money but not knowing what to spend it on. If battlefields attract tourists, though, ghost tours are there:
