Four or five of the sex workers allegedly employed by the pair were under age but they were not little children, as defined above. (Unless of course they were late developers.)

It is correctly illegal to sex 'traffick' minors but it is also correctly illegal to run a prostitution ring.

And what age do women reach puberty? Are you sure you want to claim children at that age are fair game?
