I do believe that "Citation needed" is the correct response.

And, of course, Lowe will be making sure that the police have the resources and training to investigate every single crime thoroughly to make sure no evidence is missed and everything will be done without any kind of bias or assumption and that the legal system will operate completely fairly and will ensure that there are no possible miscarriages of justice.

He'll be doing that right away, won't he? Immediately...Won't he?
