"certain international laws"

Link?

"they themselves have agreed to abide by"

Link?

Who enforces international Laws?

the United Nations and all of its members. Israel is in violation of the Geneva Conventions and the UN Charter by continuing its building and maintaining of illegal civilian settlements, as well as its confiscation of private property in occupied territory.

Disputed Territory.
"the United Nations and all of its members"

Is this a true statement?

Where is the law that makes the settlements illegal?

Where in the Geneva convention is Israel at odds with its wording?

Read the words and then comment.

Everything else is your opinion.

Disputed Territory.

sure, its disputed.

but its legal status is "occupied".

why do you think Israel orginally began confiscating Arab private property and said it would be for military purposes?

because they KNEW international law and KNEW that an occupying power can only confiscate land in occupied territory for security or military purposes. its illegal for an occupying power to confiscate private property to build civilian settlements for their civilians.

Israel knew the law very well.

take it from Ariel Sharon: what is happening in the WB is indeed an Occupation

http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/133579

No Israeli government ever used the term “occupation”, employed by foreign news agencies, the Arab world and many Western countries, until former Prime Minister Ariel Sharon used the phrase to back the U.S. Roadmap proposal in 2003. “I think the idea that it is possible to continue keeping 3.5 million Palestinians under occupation–yes it is occupation, you might not like the word, but what is happening is occupation–is bad for Israel, and bad for the Palestinians, and bad for the Israeli economy,” Sharon said at that time.

Thank you, Ariel Sharon, for having the courage to call it what it is.

OK You accept everything that Ariel Sharon says as law.

Other than his statement, what law is involved?

If territory is disputed, who owns it?

The 4th Geneva Convention and the UN Charter.

the sovereignty over the territory is disputed between the Israelis and the Palestinians.

but its legal status is occupied by the State of Israel.

now, the Golan's and EJ's status is not "occupied". why not? because Israel has annexed both territories and has established and imposed Israeli law upon it.

but the WB has NOT been annexed, and is under military governance and occupation.

Do you have anything to say on the article I linked to earlier that spoke about rebuilding the road to preserve the graves beneath it? Or are you just going to (what amounts to) spam emoticons?

In Parky-speak, emoticons seem to translate to something like, "You nailed it, I got nothin' left."

So yeah, whether or not Parky is outraged depends entirely on whose religion is being respected and whose is being disrespected.

If someone steals my car, and I then find them with it and demand it back, but they dispute my claim to my own car, then saying it is 'disputed' doesn't make the action of theft any more moral.

As always, your analogy misses its mark.

Send the Palestinians to Jordan?

picture.php

right-wing Israeli extremists call for ethnic cleansing of "undesirables" to Jordan, so that illegal Israeli civilian settlements in the West Bank can survive & thrive.

....they are full of hate and racism, but I have to at least hand it to these Judeofascist, Neo-Zionist folks for being honest.
