I'm off to Stundie this bit:

Bob has his own company. Therefore, a safe assumption is that Bob files IRS tax forms. Therefore, Bob is an EMPLOYEE. Therefore, Bob is a UNITED STATES CITIZEN. Therefore, Bob is agreeing to the voluntary servitude of 14th Amendment citizenship, and accepts his labor as being surety for the National Debt.

So Bob is basically a slave, working to pay the debts incurred by the Federal Government against the People's credit.

I think the Freeman need to counter the pernicious indoctrination of Bob the Builder and Spongebob Squarepants. They could make a children's show about Freeman. We could have a main character called Robby who always is giving fine absolutely non-legal advice comedy shows to his friends. Whether it would be writing accepted for value so Billy doesn't have to pay the milkman for his milk, or encouraging Sally to not stand under the policy enforcement officer's authority for stopping her from speeding, Robby is always there for his friends for a small donation. At the end of each episode, where one of Rob's friends has been mysteriously kidnapped by the policy enforcement officers, he will explain the moral of the story. Billy and Sally just quite didn't do it right, but don't worry there is plenty of evidence of success because another one of his friends who may be a doctor or a lawyer did it right for sure.

I think I need to look into their rhetoric a little more. They seem to fetishize the very processes they reject: filing complicated notarized documents in courts, denying that notaries have any authority, or that courts have any jurisdiction. There's something deeply weird, a psychopathology of documentation, that is pretty fascinating (if you happen to be studying the stuff I study...useless academics!)

The few I have met in the UK are inconsistant. They don't want to pay tax, think speed cameras are illegal and many laws questionable. They do however want all the things that taxes pay for: Roads, hospitals, police forces (when THEIR stuff is stolen it is a whole different kettle of fish and suddenly laws have meaning) bin-men to clear away rubbish, etc.

Though I have no idea how representative they are of the whole movement.

The basic principle of fmotl is money coming in is lawful, money going out is illegal.
Its all about the money, it has nothing to do with freedom.
