A few more court cases, and it will be so in the entire USA. Something about states honoring marriages from other states despite state differences in marriage laws.

Although I'm gay myself, I can't get worked up over this issue. It will happen, and it will be accepted except by the fringe.

Ultimately the Republicans will say, yeah OK you perverts, but God says you are not really married. Then they will turn the page and put up with it.

Republicans aren't Islamists. They won't be killing us.
 
It should be perfectly clear that the next massive terrorist attacks will be on the Netherlands and Belgium for living in sin.

Interesting that you should mention that pair.

Right after the 9-11 massacre Falwell blamed gays and abortionists for bringing on God's wrath. But later he backed off.

And Robertson is on the record as wanting to nuke the State Department.

Whatever may have been before this millenium, neither of them are mainstream conservatives anymore.
