No contradiction whatsoever. Physically capable and co-ordinated enough is what I inferred. As was the old biddy Dunning as she was driving a car whilst having the same BAC as Tagpuno. Whether Tagpuno was capable of making sensible decisions whether sober or inebriated is another question entirely.
Its simply because you couldnt even begin to understand what he has to go through on a daily basis, being falsely accused and having public opinion so strongly against him. I'd imagine he avoids shopping in person where possible, and anything he does, say a phone order for pizza (lol), using the Thomas name would make his life so much easier. If you watch the 60 mins interview, even his parents have dropped the Tostee name, apparently it alone is giving them grief too.
And another thing, it is my guess, that Eric Thomas is a temporary name, and that he will change it again, to something else when all this dies down. He might be autistic, but the guy is not stupid.

Thanks, I'll be brief as it is off topic, couldnt find a thread for Lundy. The wife's brain tissue on his shirt is damning more so when 2 colours of paint he paints his tools with is found on his wife's skull fragments. Found guilty on trial and sentenced to 17 yrs non parole, severity appealed by The Crown and increased to 20 yrs NP. Looks good to me - why do you believe this is a miscarriage of justice?
I have read a 200 page catalogue of police and prosecutorial corruption. It is by far the worst case in New Zealand history. The likely true killers are known. The file is available to anyone interested. There is a long thread here, but the most damning aspects are coming to light even now. The paint is chemically completely different and the shirt tissue is probably a meat pie, but the crooked Texan who called it brain agrees there are no neurons there..

So, you've shifted that goalpost. Given that different people have different reactions to the same intoxication level, nobody has any idea.
There are some pieces of the puzzle you're not acknowledging, too.
What if she had to take an urgent dump? What if she was scared (whether rationally or not) of Eric Thomas? Fear makes people crap, and I don't think anyone would be keen to drop their pants and take a dump on a balcony in full view of the world.
You have no idea what was going through her head, and most notably, you don't even care - all you care about is....

Are you trying to say that coronial inquiries are only held immediately after deaths? Many have been held years, even decades after deaths. I'd remove the QC from your title if I were you.
