my question is more, is it ok to bannn something like that, or should that actually be protected under freedom of speech.

Yes, it should be. If it were in the US it would be considered protected speech, as has been mentioned elsewhere in the thread.

Better to have these swine in the public light where they can be watched than to have them go underground where they feed on their own bile and develop a (stronger?) persecution complex.

Of course, if they actually commit violence for Allah, then through them screaming from helicopters for all I care.

Swine like these develop a persecution complex from the heinous fact that those with different beliefs have the audacity to - GASP! - exist. Our falling all over ourselves to facilitate the spread of their ideology isn´t going to prevent that.

nobody was able to bring up any evidence.

and the accused mosque says it was not said in their mosque and they do not even belive what has claimed to be said.
and even the mosques claims of working for tolerance and intergration is somewhat confirmed by the very same documentary, becuase they actually showed them going over to the Sinagogue and have a friendly visit with the rabbi.

I love the Constitution more than I hate Wahabbi/Salafi/Deobandi/jihadi walking garbage. My posting history shows I'm no fan of them. Believe me, if I could wave a magic wand and every one of them would explode District-9 style, I'd have done it yesterday.

This doesn't change the fact that they're more dangerous underground. If what they say (and do) catches on despite that, then maybe a new approach is called for. But I'm not a fan of preventative sanction either.

the investigation against the guy that allegedly said unbelievers are less worth than animals is stopped, because it was indeed only hearsay and no evidence.

but they found someone else to investigate.
the guy that tried to justify the beating of woman. that is now considered a callup for violence.
