I have not seen any comments about this. Most headlines say something like “President Obama” or “Obama Wins” or “Historic Win By Obama”.

On November 5, around noon, I went to the Fox News website and saw the big bold headline: “World of Trouble”. The article talked about the troubles in the world that Obama will face as president.

After one of the most historic presidential elections ever, where a great headline could go down in history books for hundreds of years, Fox News chose a headline that not only ignored the historic event, but did not even mention Obama’s name, and furthermore spread another message of Fear that so many people voted against for a message of Hope.

Real classy, Fox News. :boggled:

It was Obama's VP who said that Obama will be tested by other countries within the first six months of his Presidency. Did you object to his own VP "spreading fear?"

FOX News has been celebrating Obama's victory since McCain gave his concession speech. FOX News anchor Shepherd Smith was unabashed in his praise for the man, same with Martha MacCallum, Harris Faulkner, Trace Gallagher, Brit Hume etc..

You read a headline the day after the election on a FOX News website and from that you determined that your innate bias against FOX was warranted. Brilliant!

I was checking out several web sites during the Nov 4 evening. Most were reporting results, showing Obama ahead.

Foxnews.com had no results: they had all the metrics there, but no data. I felt they didn't like what the numbers were showing, so just left them all zeros.

6 headlines that say OBAMA WINS, and One headline that says WORLD OF TROUBLE, which paper is going to sell the most copies?

Fox has found a profitable news market, and is running with it. I can't fault them for that.
