You mean Scottish Power is charging me the SAME money for 10V LESS?

I'm gonna call and demand my volts back.
 
The voltage never changed, just what they called it.

It's now 230V +/-5% , so if it's actually 220V or 240V it's within specification.

This is the sort of fudge you get when politicians and beurocrats get involved in engineering matters. :(

hehe... excellent stuff. A spirit of compromise for a better Europe. Can't actually change anything? Redefine it so it works!
