It would seem that 13 children remain in the custody of the state, unknown how many familes are supervised with custody of their children.

So perhaps there was reason to enter the compound, perhaps cooperation would have meant 426 children would not have been place in protetctive custody.

Alas The Athesit is no longer here:
-there was evidence a crime had been comitted
-there was evidence to warrant intervention although it was extreme

and he is convicited.
