Merged "Firefighters" for 9-11 Truth

Not specific to any particular point here, but today I met yet another NY fireman (ret), one of many I've met over the past 7 years. He mentioned in passing that he buried 90-something friends that died on 9/11. He was powerfully opinionated about the things we discussed.

The idea that someone could give this guy a gag order to cover up the murder of his friends and not have it shoved up a body orifice as his response is silly.

I didn't mention anything twoofish for many reasons, but primarily that I didn't want to come of as an idiot.

I'd like to see evidence that these folks are real firefighters. Volys dont count in my book.

Ah, Parky... I'd never thought I'd see a "career vs. volunteer" thread on the JREF forums. But thanks for the vote of confidence! If you're ever traveling through my first due (a little ways up I-270 from D.C.) and get into trouble, I'll respond, but I promise to try to find someone competent for you as well. OK?


P.S. Most of the career brothers and sisters in my jurisdiction work 24 on - 48 off and many have outside jobs. Some of them were at the Pentagon. The ones with whom I've broached the topic uniformly think 9/11 conspiracists are idiots. But, as with every other field, there will be some cranks among firefighters, so I'm not surprised to hear of a few who buy into 9/11 CTs.

Update:
According to the petition page, so far 33 confirmed firefighters have signed out of 87 signatures gathered in total. (But for some reason not made clear, none of their information will be revealed until that number reaches 100, so I guess we'll just have to take their word for it.)

Doesn't seem to be a big rush to support a REAL investigation, does there?
