Actually .... no. Coz I very seriously doubt any cinema within a 50 mile radius of where I live will be showing LC:FC.

I've seen its various incarnations several times. Even in actual public with other people. Real people! Not the life-sized Manga cut-outs I surround myself with in my pitiful existence so I won't....

..oh. Sorry.

Anyway, and I'll be seeing the newest version as soon as they let me. You cannot debunk what you have not witnessed. Or, at least, not unless you're that lot. And I'm not.

For some reason, an old television commercial leapt to mind. The one with the hook line, "lunchbag letdown."

When the pre-announcement announcing a later announcement of a non-announcement turns out to be an announcement that no announcement will actually occur - well, talk about "lunchbag letdown."

If the Twoofers read between the lines, they'd see that Dylan has sold them out. If you're a real filmmaker, in control of your product, you announce whatever the hell you want, whenever the hell you want to. Dylan obviously does not have any control. He probably sold LC:FC to Cuban and is just stringing the Twoofers on as long as he can. He knows that when the sellout becomes public, he's going to have to go into hiding to escape the wrath of his "fans".

This is assuming that he even had anything to announce to begin with.

Saying, "Sorry guys, looks like I can't say anything after all", sounds a whole lot better than, "Sorry guys, looks like I jumped the gun again".

LCF: *general frothing*

(SFX, hands racing around a clock dial)

Dylan: *waiting for the phone to ring*

LCF: *waiting for a post to appear*

(SFX, pages ripping off a calendar)

I have a feeling that LCFC (if ever released) will barely be LIHOP.

Dylan's really in the mother of all no-win situations.
