This is a great thread at Hpathy where one of their number has been slapped down for doing homeopathy at variance with its proper rules.

The others really don't like it and are giving the heretic a hard time.

None, however, has been brave enough or clever enough to consider the odd fact that when he breaks all the rules his results seem just as good as everyone else's.

Which can only mean two things- homeopathy is so amazingly robust that you can flout all its basic precepts and it will still work (best they not mention that when homeopathy fails another controlled trial and the only straw left to grasp is that the trial didn't involve 'proper' homeopathy) or they're all just giving sugar and water so the rules really don't matter at all.

I think 'love' is using a different definition of 'coherent and consistent' from the rest of us;

I feel my belief system to be a lot more coherent and consistent than it was before, although it has radically changed.

That'll be 'coherent and consistent' as in 'unable to get our story straight and just making stuff up as we go along'.

Well done 'love' you should enjoy the embrace of these loons. Just don't get seriously ill.
