February Stundie Nominations

http://www.fas.org/programs/ssp/man/uswpns/air/attack/ah64_apache.html

Armament: M230 33mm Gun
70mm (2.75 inch) Hydra-70 Folding-Fin Aerial Rockets
AGM-114 Hellfire anti-tank missiles
AGM-122 Sidearm anti-radar missile
AIM-9 Sidewinder Air-to-Air missiles

ETA: Nice weasel-edit. Very honorable.

Hey, I make mistakes too ya know. :D

Too bad the Truthers can't admit to their mistakes.

I meant Hellfire missiles rather than Stinger missiles. I get those mixed up sometimes. Reason why I editted out about the Stingers.

Actually I was referring to what you said before your edit about the Apache not being able to carry air-to-air missiles, which why I bolded it's AIM-9 capability.

/derail.

I know, which is why I editted it out! But according to CT nuts, Flight 93 was "shot down" by a jet fighter. Johnstown Airport only has Apache Helicopters which can't fly 500 mph to catch up with Flt. 93.

Sorry for the derail!

I wish to nominate Telltale Tom in this topic:
http://www.internationalskeptics.com/forums/showthread.php?t=167859

He posted the 14 contradictory points off the AE911twoof that they claim show the CD of the WTC towers and building 7, and gave us this gem:

I am just taking the list straight from the ae911truth web site. I believe it is in order of importance as our key point is the nearly always the freefall speed through the path of greatest resistance.

Some people say that falling through the path of greatest resistance is inconsistent with a 1200ft diameter debris field.

Tony Szamboti says that the ae911truth have now agreed that the towers fell at 2/3rds freefall speed, so we can expect an update shortly saying that the towers fell at over half of freefall speed.

It is important to consider each idea in isolation for the best perception...

In other words, your list is valid, as long as we ignore it is self-contradictory.

As has been said quite a few times, Telltale Tom is very probably a parody of a truther. A very funny parody!

I think we need an international nomination for a change of pace, from, surprise, a German Holocaust denier, ps, who is rabbiting on about Auschwitz - literally.

This 'Krema' was surely a station for a big angora breed, which existed in Auschwitz. So it turned out that there was actually a rabbit hutch since December 1944 in the 'dissection room' in Krema IV. These animals had to get sheared and used for other purposes. Surely they did slaughter them too. So there is the suspicion that also Krema 4 + 5 had nothing to do with a Krema but were perhaps also slaughter house for rabbits.

Unless he admits he's pulling our legs, yeah, we'll have to assume he is genuine.

I stumbled over that tonight before I came here....what I like about it most were the replies.

I may be wrong about it but I think he may gotten the idea from some dude who posits the Jesuits as pretty much responsible for everything. I forget his name but he wrote a book called "Vatican Assasins"....reading his blog, I thought he was channeling Francis Dec...

Ummm....wait. Doesn't that reasoning mean it's just as likely that they do exist, as someone had to have come up with the idea of The Bomb.....:bunpan

well yes, they do exist, but they can only be detonated on the interection of at least 3 ley lines when the 3rd full moon coincides with the with the vernal equinox.....or something

I like Mel Odious's nom, not so much for the theory itself, but for the added words in justification:

So anything anybody can imagine, including perpetual motion, homeopathy and Narnia, must have some basis in reality. Which is the classic example of the kind of 'thinking' that makes this forum necessary. Good find, Mel.

is it legal to post nominations from a proven troll?

Every government on earth knows that the Americans can use HAARP to cause Earthquakes, Hurricanes, Tsunamis, Cyclones and what have you The only ones who don't know are the general populations of the world.

I mean he makes this crap up just to be obnoxious.

Anybody remember the '70s conspiracy thriller, The Jesus Factor? Its premise was that air-dropped atomic bombs don't work and an international conspiracy supports the fiction that they do to maintain the balance of power. Perhaps haukipesukone thought this was a non-fiction book.
