Missing Psychic's Family Pleads For Help
Family Says She Was Trying To Leave Husband
Denver News -- October 17, 2010

FORT COLLINS, Colo. -- A family is pleading for help in finding a missing Fort Collins psychic and her husband, but they don't believe she'll be found alive.

Kathy Adams' family members said she was trying to leave her husband, John Marks Jr., when they both disappeared.... (more)

Psychic or not, I hope she's okay.

(I leave it to younger, more agile minds to post appropriately pith-worthy comments.)

Maybe she and her husband have just taken some time together so they can find themselves?

As a matter of fact I predict that . . . or that one or more bodies will be "found near water". :(

I'm getting a vision here. Sad, but I see the husband being unable to tolerate the ultimate insult of his wife leaving. I see the husband hitting her, strangling her. I believe he has hidden her body. I believe it will be found because his rage led him to make mistakes.

When they find her body, I expect to collect on the MDC. :D Or at least spit it with Gord.

Willie Nelson will astound his fans by swimming the English Channel.

. . . and in a secluded area."

This is sad, and you don't have to be psychic to know that this will not end well.

Has SB done any prediction on this one.??I really hope things turn out for the better, but somehow I have the fear that it may not....For Kalen...I thought WN was going to walk across the English Channel instead of swim....

I know it's semantics, but why does the news article call her a "psychic" and not "alleged psychic" or "woman who claims to be psychic"?

Psychic Kathy Adams goes missing

If she is psychic she should have seen this coming.

Larimer County investigators won't say what they found in the couple's home to make them suspect foul play, but now family members have flown in from all over the country determined to get answers.
"It's a nightmare. We're all living a nightmare," Debbie Mitchell, Adams' sister, told 7NEWS Sunday."

Youtube Nancy Grace on the story.

This is sad. It could get worse though. If they bring another psychic in to help a black hole will form.

They do you know. The more layers of psychicery the bigger the black hole.

A missing Larimer County woman was likely killed in her bedroom and then wrapped in a blanket and duct tape, according to court documents obtained by 7NEWS.

Kathy Adams' body was found on the side of Highway 36 near Pinewood Springs on Oct. 23, 13 days after she was reported missing.

Court documents indicate that investigators found broken glass at the back door of her house at 920 1/2 East Mulberry when they went to check on her welfare on Oct. 10. When they entered the house, they didn’t find anyone inside, but they did find an 8-foot by 10-foot section of carpet had been cut out and removed from one of the bedrooms.

The documents also state that investigators smelled a strong odor of bleach and found what appeared to be a blood spatter on a closet door in the same room.

After finding no one home, they left the house and contacted Adams' sister, Diane, who told them that Kathy had a very tumultuous relationship with her common-law husband, John Marks, Jr.
...
On Wednesday, Oct. 13, investigators viewed surveillance video from the hotel (Comfort Suites) which showed an adult male matching the description of John Marks, Jr. checking into the same motel. That video showed the man wearing gloves.
...
On Saturday, Oct. 23, a resident who lives on east highway 36 near Pinewood Springs called the Larimer County sheriff to report that he had discovered something suspicious.
...
On Sunday, Oct. 24, authorities asked the landlord for permission to reenter the house.
...
On Oct. 25, a criminalist with the Colorado Bureau of Investigation contacted Sheriff’s investigators and told them they found a wrapper for duct tape in the bag and another Walmart receipt. The receipt was for tape, gloves, motor oil and knife blades.
