Just for fun, I visited the Facebook pages of various presidential candidates to see how many of my Facebook buddies publicly like them.
Here are my results. I'm including the names of some of candidates who have dropped out. Some of the candidates have two official pages. I ordered the results according to how many of my Facebook buddies publicly like them.

U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders 24
Bernie Sanders 21
Hillary Clinton 7
Rand Paul 5
Dr. Ben Carson 3
Jill Stein 2 (From Green Party. No "Dr." in front of her name on Facebook page)
Ted Cruz 2
Senator Ted Cruz 2 (overlap)
Senator Rand Paul 1 (some overlap with "Rand Paul")
Marco Rubio 1
Senator Marco Rubio 1 (overlap)
Carly Fiorina 1
John Kasich 0
Donald J. Trump 0

Have any of you checked Facebook pages of presidential candidates to see which ones your Facebook buddies publicly like? I was surprised by some of the results, since I rarely talk politics with my friends, other than my husband. For example, I had no idea that Rand Paul was liked by some folks in my social circle. I do talk politics with my husband and some our family members.

Later, I revisited the same pages to see how many total "likes" these candidates have received. I was too lazy to visit all of the pages of the candidates who have dropped out. I ordered the results according to how many Facebook users publicly like them.

Donald J. Trump 6,510,205
Dr. Ben Carson 5,166,653
U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders 3,502,059
Bernie Sanders 3,450,481
Hillary Clinton 2,917,484
Rand Paul 2,112,075
Ted Cruz 2,061,011
Marco Rubio 1,391,880
Senator Ted Cruz 972,405
Senator Rand Paul 741,633
Carly Fiorina 560,235
Senator Marco Rubio 368,717
John Kasich 270,077
Jill Stein 130,873

I'm assuming that there are many likes for Trump and for Carson because they are famous for their careers outside of politics, and they are also authors.

Some of the likes are also probably from people that just want to keep track of the stupid, rather than people that actually support them. I have "liked" my senators, for instance -- even though they are totally contrary to my political beliefs. I can't say the same for presidential candidates, but I could see how some might do the same there.

Interestingly enough, my "like" for Bernie is on his Senatorial page, not the Presidential candidate one. I actually "liked" him before he started his campaign.

Anyway, looks like I've got two supporting Trump in my "friends" feed. The largest number would be five for Cruz, looks like. Yeah... looks like the rest are just one each. I think there's at least three of us that "like" Elizabeth Warren's page though. That's basically out of 100 on my friends list (err... 99, to be specific).

Alas, one of my Facebook buddies who likes Cruz, Carson, Fiorina and Rubio on Facebook has now started to share pro-Trump memes from a pro-Trump Facebook page. I suppose that Gary Johnson is too socially liberal for her.

On the other hand, there is a couple in one of my circles who is divided. The wife likes Clinton. The husband used to like Trump but not any more. I don't know whom he will vote for in November.

I suppose that this evens things out in my little corner of the world.

Yeah, Hillary is so little known with the exception of her political career.
