Let's give ol' Bill some credit as he actually backs away from the explosives-loaded-during-construction idea and instead wants only the wiring done and locations prepared during construction. (in complete secrecy of course) This of course then requires a cadre of guys with bigger balls than brains to go into the structure while it burns and load in these explosives.

Then the evil masterminds set off the explosions early killing all the noble NWO operatives and that's why you don't have witnesses.

It's funny how every time someone comes to this forum to share some new insane theory about 9/11 that's not to be believed, our normal reaction is "That sounds like X, here's a 10,000 page thread where we discuss the topic in excruciating detail".
