It was the guy on the left with the mustache in the Oswald picture. He looks to still be taking notes even as Oswald is taking a .38 to the solar plexus.
 
The local stations are ensuring that this gets as much CT coverage as possible. The barest bit of actual research would show that this meeting was to have taken place on a night where it's well documented that Oswald was with his wife at the house at which she was renting a room. The Dallas Morning News got around to that little fact at the bottom of their story, but I haven't seen more than a handwave about debunking this story.

The idiot press is half the battle in debunking.
