I doubt the facts will bother the GOP shills that want to believe this IRS scandal is valid.

Personally I am only interested in the facts here.
Of course peoples bias can affect how we interpret facts.

He ORDERED the investigators to do a biased search.

Far from "responsible", it's actually fraudulent, abuse of authority, and obvious misconduct.

Don't expect out liberals here to accept the testimony of a guy who's only been in office a month--especially when it contradicts their preconceived notions verified by an earlier, partial, premature release by the press...
