Dustin, who would flip your burgers and clean your toilets in your world?
You miss the point of Huxley's all-Alpha society. It didn't break down because the Alphas knew they had been genetically designed to be Alphas. It broke down because nobody wanted to take on the more menial jobs that exist in any society.
The only reason people in most societies today consider being a janitor or restaurant worker somehow on a "lower level" than any other job is a chance occurrence. This isn't even an issue with genetics, just society, which education could change.
You're assuming that there would be specific jobs considered "menial" in any society. I see no reason why the issues people have with doing specific jobs couldn't be fixed via genetic engineering or education. Moreover, We today have the technology to get rid of the more menial jobs but it would cost more. That's the only issue.
Firstly, Machines could do that.
Secondly, Why must people have issues with doing such jobs? The only reason people in most societies today consider being a janitor or restaurant worker somehow on a "lower level" than any other job is a chance occurrence. This isn't even an issue with genetics, just society, which education could change.

What happens to your assertion when I tell you I never graduated any school and I pay taxes in America at the top 5% level?
How long has it been since you looked down the drain in your bathroom?
People take jobs as janitors or restaurant workers because, at the lowest levels, they require almost no skills.
And, given the explosive expansion of scientific and engineering knowledge, and the current march of inflation, it's only a matter of time before those jobs cost more for humans to preform than some easy technological means like specialist robots (a la a Roomba, say Mk79).
However from an empirical standpoint, Being an actor isn't more important than being a janitor even though actors get paid thousands of times more for their work. Society can live without actors, can it live without people such as garbage collectors, janitors, and all of the other people who do the dirty jobs that no one else wants to do?
Few days. But just because you or I might not enjoy being a plumber doesn't mean that there are people out there who don't. I personally know many who do.
Actors are starting to be replaced by machines, too. Witness all the Pixar stuff. There are even a number of attempts at more realistic renderings for movies (e.g. Final Fantasy). It's got a long way to go, and they still use "voice talent", but the handwriting is on the wall.
But do you see such jobs being replaced by technology?
