The documanet should include all euorpean relgions and an indepth anaylisis of the impact they have had on europe. This would probably only increase the of the document by about 1%.


Comments it isn't going to happen france will veto it so who cares.
 
Just for my edification, could any EU state veto it or are some more equal than others?

Any state could in theory but small states tend have more to lose by vetoing.
