I don't mean to"claim" he was murdered--I mean 'prove' he was murdered. If in fact, as Maxwell seems to claim, he was just killed by your (in her words) average jail hit, there would be no real reason for authorities to cover it up, other than admitting they screwed up protecting him (oops...) The point is, Maxwell is obviously full of it. Her reasoning makes no sense.

Good point. The counter to that would have to be something along the lines of 'She probably isn't privy to *all* the crimes Epstein committed and *all* the connections to rich and powerful clients'.
It begs an interesting question, which I don't know the answer to. *If* she is aware of Trump having committed crimes, why not use that info to get all the same perks and/or pardon she is gonna get from Trump? Possible reasons are 1)She is afraid of being killed 2)She has no conscience and therefore feels consistently lying works in her favor, and/or 3)She has no way of proving the allegations and knows her testimony is worthless given her credibility issues.
All we know for sure is that her interview with Trump's attorney is worthless info.
 
4) You can give up information once, but you can hold it over peoples heads indefinately and by the time her appeal failed out Trump was on his way back in.
 
All we can glean from what she said is that it's very probably exactly what she thinks she needs to say to maximise her chance of getting out of jail.

Trump very clearly wants the story to go away, quite desperately so, and wields the magic pardoning sharpie of freedom, which he may wield for her if she exonerates him. It's not a matter of whether her testimony could prove anything in court of course, it's just about whether she smears him with a stench that won't wash off, which she might if she loses hope of gaining freedom. The more adamantly she whitewashes everyone right now, the less credible would be any future retraction, which is about the best result Trump can hope for.

On the bright side, now it's a real conspiracy. So we got that going for us.
 
In a text message chain with an unidentified person in December 2018, that person wrote to Epstein, “It will all blow over! They’re really just trying to take down Trump and doing whatever they can do to do that ...!”

Epstein replied: “yes thx. it's wild. because I am the one able to take him down.”

The guards were fired but criminal charges against both were later dropped.
I'll save you the read and get to the good part:

The files only contain Noel’s bank records beginning in December 2018. They show seven cash deposits totaling $11,880. Noel started working at the Special Housing Unit — where Epstein had been held — beginning on July 7, 2019, just weeks before his death.

Noel, who drove a $62,000 2019 Land Rover Range Rover, wasn’t asked about the cash during her DOJ interview, records showed.

An internal FBI briefing, also released in the DOJ files, reveals the agency thought Noel was likely the mysterious orange shape spotted in a blurry surveillance video near Epstein’s cell around 10:40 p.m. that night.
Here's the best part:
Meanwhile, Chase Bank flagged cash deposits in Noel’s bank account in a “suspicious activity report” to the FBI in November 2019, another file from the DOJ revealed.

A total of 12 deposits began in April 2018, the bank said, and culminated in the largest deposit, for $5,000, on July 30, 2019, the records showed.

So what you have here is Internal Affairs asleep at the wheel while a federal prison employee is making mysterious deposits into her bank account, and the bank (Chase) literally waving a red flag about it.

I don't even know any more.
 
This is still consistent with the theory that "they" did not actively kill him, but they stepped aside and allowed him to take his own life. It wouldn't be murder, but it would be enabling suicide.

which is not at all consistent with his plan to live forever via cryogenics. I would think that he would have arranged a suicide to be timed with the quick processing of his head into a freezer.

He *allegedly* made a previous attempt. He never confirmed that it was an attempt. His family and close associates like Maxwell still believe he was murdered, despite knowing about this allegation. Another quite credible explanation is that he was attacked by a fellow inmate, which is pretty common for pedophiles.
And while I don't think the new 'revelations' about the guard are confirming of anything--they are added suspicious elements to a large body of suspicious elements, which are now being reported by MSM--that story is currently front page news on msn.com.

It's not unreasonable to think that Epstein was given the tools and alerted he would be unobserved for a specific amount of time in which he could end things. It is possible that a man of his age, and a man of great wealth might opt for suicide over the rest of his life in prison.

Being the skeptics, and reasonable people we strive to be, it is hard to ignore, or not to consider an actual conspiracy when placed against the background of the Trump administration's long list of ham-handed violations of long list of federal laws. Usually we have better footing to base our skepticism upon based on the integrity of the functional body of the government institution(s) involved. But dealing with this case is like standing in a port-a-potty at a rock festival trying to figure out which turd belongs to who.
 
And then there is this, which has been lost in the din of out latest Middle East adventure:

That statement was allegedly made by a guard at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York City on the morning Jeffrey Epstein died, according to a handwritten note released as part of the Epstein files containing testimony from an inmate who claimed they were held in the same special housing unit as Epstein.

In her own interview with the FBI, a transcript of which PEOPLE obtained, it's revealed that she had Google searched Epstein on a prison computer just prior to his death. However, she said she had no memory of this, while also stating she did not know who Epstein was before being assigned to the special housing unit.


"No? Does it surprise you to hear that you know internet searches would show that that's what you were doing from 5:42 to 5:52 a.m. on August 10, 2019?" the agent asked Noel, per the transcript.


She responded it would be a surprise, and later added: "It wouldn't be accurate."

It's possible they assigned this guard to Epstein because she is obviously a moron, but wow.

well, the problem is when they released the info about his death, there was a bunch of discrepancies, half the cameras weren't working, the footage was altered, etc

so, you know the story they told isn't the truth. to what extent it's different, idk. but it opens the door for speculation and you can take that in a lot of directions, and i think there's plausible scenarios and some more likely than others. and there's some stuff not making sense here too.

anyway, if anyone wants to come out and say they don't believe the people involved in the international sex trafficking ring trying desperately to cover it up aren't capable of murder, they're free to do so. we'll see if anyone wants to take that up.
