Pull the other one.
Wait, are you now claiming to be the same poster as JoeMorgue? You know, I wouldn't admit that if I were you, I think there are rules against it.

You're not even trying to respond to my points anymore. You're completely retreated into your alternate reality.

Trump: Warren claimed to be an Indian but she's lying! I'll pay a charity $1million if she takes a DNA test and proves it!

The Guardian: Trump says Warren isn't an Indian

Belz...A reasonable person: Totally with no influence at all on my opinion from the Republicans, Warren was wrong to claim to be an Indian. I didn't read it from Fox or directly see Trump saying it, so I came up with it all by myself!

So basically a strawman of other's posts in order to dismiss them? I can't say I'm shocked.

"It's literally impossible to hold any position critical of Warren on this topic without it being the Republican's fault" is your literal stated position. That's not a strawman. It's your literal stated position.

Literal? Unless you can quote me saying exactly that, I don't think you can make that claim. It is, however, your strawman version of my claim, but hey, potato - potahto!

Oh good pedantics. You know what I meant don't be obtuse for effect.

It's really amazing how fast you became totally dishonest in your debating tactics as soon as you were cornered with your ridiculous arguments. You even tried to make it seem like I was the one playing games even as you refused to understand what I was saying.

You know as well as I do that Joe's made-up conversation was refering to the one we're having now. You put that "tribe" part in there to make it easier to sell your argument, because if you had used one I actually made you couldn't have made it work. I DON'T BELIEVE YOU when you pretend otherwise.

The sad thing is that you don't even see that, yes, that's entirely possible. You're either blinded by ideology, partisanship, or ignorance.

I'm really trying to figure this out.

He treats the mere suggestion that anyone could hold X opinion without Y cause as a ludicrous over the top fantasy that is so farcical it's very existence as hypothetical is an argument.

But then we say his position is "It's impossible to hold X opinion without Y cause" it's a strawman.

Yeah, because when you claim your strawman of another is "literally their claim" it's pedantic to call you on it.

I'll spell it out for those who think they are far smarter than they are letting on here: Disagreement with Warren's actual actions is not (necessarily) Republican's fault. Disagreement with Warren because of false Republican accusations? Your opinion is by necessity influenced by the Republican accusations.

What's also interesting is the implication, which is "omitted" to address: that his own opinions are entirely dependant on left-wing media.

Next up: no, he totally doesn't know.

Yeah, because when you claim your strawman of another is "literally their claim" it's pedantic to call you on it.

Bam!

WHO SAYS IT'S BECAUSE OF FALSE REPUBLICAN ACCUSATIONS TO INTERPRET THE RESULT OF THE DNA TEST BY YOURSELF AS DISPROVING HER CLAIM?

No, I thought that Joe's made up conversation was referring to the one he and I had been having. It's not all about you, Belz...

Please explain how you can have an opinion on Trump's claim absent Trump's claim? This is where your reasonable person claim falls down.

Read the words “cherry picking” given the fact that the overwhelming weight of native Americans are aghast at warren and her racist supporters.

Citation required.

ETA: Citation required for "overwhelming weight". I'm well aware that you cited one or two Native American activists expressing some butthurt about Elizabeth Warren, but you at least need some kind of poll or survey to claim "overwhelming weight".

I thought this was pretty funny.

Well, it should be.

It's not an opinion on Trump's claim. It's an opinion on Warren's.

Batman!

It's so cute how you think all caps makes your point effective.

Tee hee! You fell into my trap. I knew you'd use the all-caps as a way to avoid answering my question. You've become quite predictable: you'll take any opportunity to avoid actually addressing arguments.

So, that was useless. I'll take it to mean, "I have no clue, but right now it's being used by the other guys, so it must be bad."

Oh well. An actual gauge of real science versus junk science is that it makes testable predictions. I predict there will be a lot of Irish. That's testable.

I think she should only pay if the IQ test shows him to be a genius, as he has actually claimed to be a "stable genius". I don't know of an objective test for the stable part, though there is ample subjective evidence that both are lies.

I think she should pay if the test shows that he's at least 0.09675% genius.

But it was Herr Trump who suggested a DNA test in the first place. And of course no where did he mention testing for a specific tribe. So you are, in essence, angry at Warren for simply doing as the president requested.

ETA: now if you want to argue whether actually doing something the president goes on about in his pep-rally's is probably a really bad idea, then I'd agree.

Well he's not really angry at Warren for doing what Trump suggested. He's angry that the results weren't what he wanted, so he's tying himself in knots to find a way to put a negative spin on it.
