The cookbook only had the contributors list what tribe they claimed lineage from. Cherokee is what she believe her lineage was according to family stories. My g-g-g-great grandmother is listed as "Indian" in US censuses; it does not list the freaking TRIBE she was from.

And guess what? My 4x great grandmother is not listed on the Dawes Rolls, yet the US census says she was Indian and she is listed as moving to and dying in Indian Territory (Oklahoma) in 1890.

Just to be clear, it doesn't exclude South America either.

To say that a fact is consistent with theory T entails nothing about whether or not the fact is also consistent with theory T'.

I would think that the geneticist, who did not know the identity of the DNA donor, would have mentioned it if S. America was included. He did not.

She claims to be Cherokee on those recipes, claims to be a minority on other documents. Dems are cool with this even though Cherokee Nation says she is undermining tribal interests.

The 1984 cookbook Pow Wow Chow was edited by Mrs Warren's cousin Candy Rowsey and is billed as a collection of recipes from the Five Civilized Tribes.

But it appears that at least three of the five recipes featured in the book were fakes, according to an investigation by Mr Carr.

Other family members[13] of Warren submitted recipes, none of which appeared to be authentically Native American or Cherokee.

Warren’s husdand, Bruce Mann[14], who never has claimed to be Native American, also listed himself as Cherokee and provided a recipe[15] for Oriental Beef Stir-Fry:

Who said any of them were official documents? What was said is: She claimed to be a minority, and she claimed to be Cherokee on the recipes.

It doesn't have to be "an official document". It has to be somewhere she has actually made the claim. It's been pointed out countless times now, but its fine is you'd like to keep your head in the sand.

It's obvious there are no "official documents" that show her to be NA or Cherokee, or minority. Only her claims. Her DNA test proves she is not eligible to be in a tribe.

Someone has found a recipe for Mexican food from the 1980's with Warren's name on it and the word "Cherokee", and THIS is all the justification that Donny and the Trumpsters need to confirm that Warren has "ripped off the system for years!!1!!" and "lied!!1!!" by pretending to be an American tribal native and is worthy of sneering insults??

Erm, Trump was the one saying she was an Indian, and making fun of her for his own invention as a result. So is she or is she not an Indian, Donny? She had the test, she has Indian heritage, it's official, as Warren claimed she did. So is Donny now suddenly an authority on DNA and native history and heritage? Warren hasn't lied, and she has facts. Donny walks away...again.

Everyone knows Donny is a spineless coward who welches on his obligations as a matter of course. This is just the latest of a very long series. It's not earth-shattering in importance at all, but it is yet another example of his complete disregard for integrity and honesty, and his utter, utter selfishness. Exactly the sort of person you want running the USA.
