Tens of millions of people assumed Trump was guilty of MANY crimes even before the trials began. I should know as I am one of them. :)


But just because you believe someone is guilty of a crime even before being convicted doesn't mean you think they should be punished for the crime or face any consequences before conviction.

But sexual assault is a nothing crime, not like driving adults from Texas to Maryland, that is criminal right at the start.

Hey doesn't that mean that the Texas governor is also guilty of human trafficking with his stunts about sending migrants to Massachusetts, clearly he needs to be sent to El Salvador right away. OR is human trafficking good when the government does it?

You claimed that you "knew" he was guilty last Friday, when the reporting was that he was being transported to the US, per your link.

What evidence did you have on Friday that equated to "knowledge" that he was guilty?

What the crime he is accused of is one those governors proudly and publicly committed, why shouldn't they be charged as human traffickers too? Transporting migrants between states is an egregious crime apparently.

Ah only giving the orders is a new and novel defense. Clearly it is only those carrying out the orders who should be treated as the criminals they are. Arrest the pilots of those flights, they knew there were migrants on them so clearly they are guilty of human trafficking.

And no, if the pilot's job is only to transport people, they have done nothing wrong. Same with bus drivers, train captains, etc.

People accused of hanging out with gang members, beating their wife, being a coyote and gun smuggler, based on Probable Cause in a federal indictment, are usually bad news.

Once in a while they are completely innocent of all charges, but thats an outlier.

So no knowingly transporting migrants across state borders is not a crime, so he is being charged with something that is not a crime and you like it.
