I gather dowsers are the most frequent applicants for the JREF $1m.
Randi will probably stick to the water dowsing as mobile phones can be too easily detected with the right electronics. And buckets of water are a bit cumbersome so probably smaller containers.
I like their confidence in 100% success and hope Randi holds them to this claim.
