Well...
They are pretty bottles
I councour.
I hope they're sterilized after dowsing, though.
It'd be a shame to lose vodka just because we buried the bottle.

Being open minded means being willing to be look at and be convinced by evidence, rather than taking a fixed position and sticking to it regardless of evidence. As you and Old Bob are the only ones here apparently unwilling to even look for evidence by doing a meaningful test, you are clearly the only ones here whose minds are closed on this issue. We all have the talent we just dont use it and kind sad you folk's in here aren't open minded as i thought.

Just to get this clear in my head.
When you "dowse" for bottles, you actually excavate a 4ft x 4ft ditch to find them?
Is this the limit to your "dowsing" accuracy, or have I misunderstood the above post?
Proving us wrong should be easy. Why don't you start the ball rolling with a self-test,of thekind suggested by posters here? That alone would put you above Old Bob, who is afraid even to try. Assuming you're not a troll(it could happen). The prize i get is to prove guy's and gal's on this website wrong . I understand how Old Bob had trouble in here !! I'am very simple person with very little need's in life i dont need a million dollar ! Why you ask greed get you nowhere in life and life is to short and are stay on earth is even shorter too!! ps that food for thought![]()
It is amazing how universal dowsing rods apparently are. They apparently detect everything - which raises a fairly obvious question.

I'm embarrassed to point this out.. but they detect nothing! They simply act as antennas for the majik of the dowser's mind being able to detect whatever is focused on.
Of course, given that immense power, why anyone would choose "empty bottles" is beyond me.

Ashles said:And I'm still waiting to hear if you are able to perform this ability with the bottles in cardboard boxes.
Are there any examples of any dowsers ever being able to pass such a test under anything like controlled conditions?Tests with cardboard boxes, what bull----you lot just can't take on what we really are and how our minds work.
You can only dowse for things that could be found without dowsing. This is like saying I'm psychic, but me powers are limited to only revealing information that could be discovered through cold reading... oh and they only work if I'm asking cold reading style questions at the same time.I can dowse full stop and many others can too.
1. Get two opaque containers. Fill one with water and leave the other empty. Dowse them to ensure that your ability works on them, i.e. your pendulum/dowsing rod reacts to the container you know contains water and not the empty onehow can a test be untaken with out travel?
It costs just over $A1000 to fly return to the USA from Australia, a small price to pay for the million.
Put up or shut up Old Bob. Your posts are an embarassment to other Australians on this forum.
You are absolutely correct AdinDraco. The odds of Old Bob agreeing to a test in Australia, the USA or Mars are infinitessimal though. You know, skeptical negative thoughts and all...Before anyone objects to the price quoted or whines about having to go to America, the prelim. test is easily set up and arranged at home. We have a thriving skeptic organisation in Australia who is on good relations with the Jref. As part of their educational program for schools, they include a dowsing demonstration. Richard Saunders (or a flunky) would be the one to talk to about this.
