Gloves are handy then and with the water warming they then insulate your hands but only for an hour at best.

It's a tough racket.

Once your hands get use to the cold you can take the cold easier.
But that first time is shocking.

In the winter months I sliuce and try to stay dry.
In the summer I dredge.

My time doing this is limited so i'm enjoying it.

Okay. So not enough gold to pay for a nicer pair (at still under $100) or for a younger, moderately paid helper to get cold for you.

Any friend, helper I get gets 50% of everything including labor.

Those $100 dollar gloves wear out too fast.

6 days later and still nothing that's just the last time I sent for a answer.

My protocol is my claim, and will be for some time.

If I don't come back here that means still no ansewer.

Edge, your track record of one failed test (scroll down to March 29, 2002) and one terminated Challenge Application does not really entice testers to jump at your claim. If anything, it suggests you do not have what you pretend and it strongly hints that you are a waste of time.

Why don't you come back here with something definitive: A successful controlled test, a newspaper article about your successful dowsing or an academic support of this "force that nearly ripped the rod out of [your] hands"?

Of course you won't, blatherboy. You will keep mumbling until the night closes in.

Since you seem to be ignoring this obvious question...
Edge, in a previous thread, you claimed that when you were dowsing, you were at a spot where the pull was so strong that the rod bent 180 degrees. You realize that being able to demonstrate that under controlled conditions would be a winning claim, right?
Your failure to address this speaks volumes...

So your dowsing isn't successful enough to allow you to hire a helper and buy $100 gloves. I'm beginning to understand why the big mining companies don't hire you.

edge, you still around? Randi has just announced that the million-dollar challenge will be discontinued in two years. Better get your protocol in order!
 
edge, did you ever formally commit, as part of your protocol, to pay your own expenses to go down to the IIG in LA to conduct the test?

I think it is great, but it is a longer time period than I would like it to be. In a little over two years there will be no more whining about the testing protocol.

Something tells me he'll finally get his protocol in order the day after the challenge expires, then claim that Randi chickened out. Wonder if Sylvia will pull the same stunt?

Well that's a given.

They need to get with me on the questions I asked them so they know exactly the way this can be proven.I.M.H.O.

I'm sure the time issue will come up.
One thing I have is time.
My protocol stands the way it is.
There are no improvements that I can come up with and if I test in a scientific manner totally, it will take time.

Here’s the questions,,

1. All containers will be placed on the same spot, a
spot of my own choosing, one after the other, and I

What I don't understand is why the JREF doesn't cash in the bonds and put it into savings and just draw out the intrest for the JREFs expenses, which would leave the challenge money intact?

Well, you're not going to win the money anyway. And you're right in one part: You don't understand...the bonds, the savings and the implications.
If you want, take pride in the fact that you helped speed up the discontinuation of the JREF Challenge by making it rather clear from what kind of pool the applicants arise.



Concerning your correspondence with IIG you need to comprehend that you are probably not very high on their to-do list.
