I saw this on a bumpersticker and had to smile.
It remined me of a sign in front of a church that read "If God is your copilot then you better change seats"
I know that someone at the church was just trying to be witty, but this seams to play into the whole lazy, sit back/pray and let god determine what you should do instead of taking responsibility for yourself and working thing that some preachers teach or that some follow.
does taking action for your own life and being religious contradict each other?
