First, you'll note that I wished for verification from other outlets. Second, I think the leak likely to be true because the phenotype/evidence leaked to date is consistent with 5-alpha reductase deficiency, and we've seen other athletes with this condition raised as girls and then dominate (actual) females (e.g. Caster Semenya). While I've found Anna Slatz (sp?) hateful, I think the Nazi comparison is a tad hyperbolic. As for homophobia, the Trans/gender ideology movement - who have vigorously defending Khelif (& claim that "transness" is a DSD) - are quite homophobic. At least online a lot of Slatz defenders/PiC appear to be lesbians.

By the way, have you seen any updates on the other person who won a gold medal in the wrong sex category at the same time as Khelif?
 
I think he has gone to ground. He didn't enter the Eindhoven event. He kept his head down a lot more than Khelif right from the start.

The stats refer to male people with the sort of DSD that confers athletic advantage over females, which will be principally 5ARD. Allegedly they have appeared in women's athletics 151.9 times more frequently than the prevalence of people with DSDs in the general population. However, since that denominator includes all DSDs, the true magnitude of the over-representation is likely to be much more.

It's very sad that it has taken so long to confront this, but it's welcome nonetheless.
 
I don't think great-grandma Ryan expected the same rights and privileges afforded to her cousins back in Ireland.

Instead, she expected the same rights and privileges afforded those born in the U.S.
