Did you ever see a UFO?

Looking through a telescope, i saw an UFO. It was most likely just a comet or something, but i couldn't identify it.

Just a white little blob, with a little tail away from it, i couldn't see any movement, hence, it was far away.

The NOSS satellites don't separate though, and 1985 is too early for them.

are you sure? maybe some of them do? They're secret military satellites after all :)

I don't know a lot about triangular positioning but to me it would make sense to alter the distance between the satellites once in a while. Especially if they launced away from each other each into their own directions that were exactly away from the center of the triangle, that would support the idea of them being positioning satellites... But if they separate into random directions, that would support the idea of...uh... something weird.

It would also make sense to try to keep the ability to separate in secret since when separated, the satellites would probably be harder to see, identify and destroy by hostile anti spy satellite forces (I'm not saying such things exists though) Oh, and it seems some early noss satellites were indeed in use in 1985.

Another idea...Maybe some earlier models had to separate in order to get sufficient data but more modern models don't need to?

Of course I can't really confirm any of this, just guessing and trying to apply some logic... since some kind of satellites would seem to be the most logical explanation until someone comes up with a better one :)
