A Salt Lake City Officer and a West Valley officer
were shot by Anei Joker, a black man, who opened fire on officers as he exited his vehicle. Joker was the suspect in a robbery and rape that had occurred earlier.
Joker, of the "historically oppressed" class, was just a another victim of the systemically racist criminal justice system of a white supremacist country.
His oppression began at the age of 16 when he decided to evade police at over 100 mph during a car chase, he did not have a driver's license. After he stopped the car, he failed to obey police commands and was shot for reaching into his waistband, where paramedics later found a loaded handgun.
His oppression continued up until the time he
died was lynched. With charges and arrests for:
- Failure to identify/false identity x 5
- Intoxication/possession/alcohol or drugs x 8
- Driving while suspended/without a license/without insurance/unregistered vehicle/traffic violations x 9
- Interfering/disorderly conduct/disobeying an officer x 6
- Aggravated assault/robbery x 5
- Felony discharge of a firearm
- Felon in possession of an unregistered handgun – in California
- Felon in possession of an illegal high-capacity magazine – in California
(The above is from the first page of his two-page long criminal history with the Salt Lake City County Sheriff's Department)
Thankfully California is doing their part to end the oppression by letting a multi-time convicted felon back on the street with only probation so he could continue to commit felonies, including rape.
