The state of Texas may not be as lame as originally feared. The Institute for Creation Research decided to move to Texas, but Texas denied their accreditation to grant masters degrees. The ICR appealed but the court smacked them down.

It appears that although the Court has twice required Plaintiff [the ICR] to re-plead and set forth a short and plain statement of the relief requested, Plaintiff is entirely unable to file a complaint which is not overly verbose, disjointed, incoherent, maundering, and full of irrelevant information.

Sounds like they hired Orly Taitz to write their legal stuff.

I tried to look for the name of the judge, but I failed. It would be nice to learn who people can rely on for sound judgement and common sense when it comes to this topic in the courts.

Here in Atlanta ga we have been fighting back. The FFRF or Freedom From Religion Foundation regularly has lawsuits against this kind of nonsense. Like the rest of the world atheism is growing in the southeast despite what you may hear.

I have a feeling that whoever this judge is, he is an avid reader of the classic works of Judge John E. Jones III:
