CoreyWhite's Million Dollar Challenge

Time to call the JREF lawyer?
Time to release the hounds also, I think.

Corey, a suggestion: go here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Libel, then go back to all the places on the web you've posted this stuff and retract it.

OR, show your evidence, cos I'd love to see it.

OR, produce no evidence, leave your postings as they are, and spend your lottery winnings on a costly and pointless legal battle which you'll lose.

Who is your 'source', anyway? Sylvia? Uri? The Voices?

PS. On the Nebekh website, the front page has this to say:
Nebekh Omnimedia began operation in January 2006 upon aquisition of UsenetBot.com, Inc.
I think they need to fix the system date on the server... :D

And the hounds have been unleashed too! I'd say that's a NEW record!

Well done, Corey!

Yesterday, in the chat room, Corey "divined" three numbers for the California Daily 3 evening draw. He picked 729. I went out and bought two tickets with those numbers, one straight and one box. Sadly, the numbers picked were 617. Oh well.

So he had a 1 in 1000 chance of being correct?

But scored 0 out of 1, so he is not beating chance.:)

Today in chat (look at all the interesting stuff going on there) it was discovered that those exact numbers were chosen, just not for the California Lottery. They were chosen in Maryland. And several hours before Corey made his prediction to me. But still....spooky, huh?

I have won the lottery before Lisa, but the challenge isn't about winning a million dollars. This challenge is here because winning the lottery comes much easier than an act of god.

It will be a miracle if someone claims Corey's Million Dollar Challenge, but it will not be enough to convince James Randi. You can't buy what he wants to see for a million.

Huh, whuh, why, BANNED ALREADY? What for???

I honestly have no idea what is going on right now.

Hadn't he been here before under another name, but got discovered and banned? Woosers are always trying to sneak back in after getting banned.

I am formally appologizing to James Randi, and hope he accepts the fact that words are not against the law even if I don't have proof of this claim. There is no law against a joke, even if there is hurt feelings.

I will remove myself from this forum, but would rather not meet with your lawyer in a court of law, evidence aside. Thanks for this time to appologize, it is a nice offer.

That's no apology. That is a weasely justification of what was said.

And a libelous joke is most certainly subject to legal action sir.

Let me make myself perfectly clear: I do not speak for the JREF.

That said you seem to be confusing the first amendment with libel law. I suggest you learn the difference between the two before you get yourself into a heap of trouble.

Your apology is crap. You should seriously consider re-apologising without trying to justify your libelous statements.

Carry on.
