If you're drawing power off the grid then you are (currently) drawing from fossil fuels. If we are to move electricity generation away from fossil fuels then something has to provide the baseload. Currently the only thing we have that would work in this country is nuclear power, which Jeremy is opposed to (as far as I can make out).
