I don't see anything in this to prohibit second and third hand redistribution to a party who will then be free to use the original material contrary to the original creator's desires.
And there is nothing in the current copyright laws that stops me from giving permission on a case by case basis.
So who exactly does this new program benfit?
The original creative artist, or the cut and paste karaokeists?
