Without knowing what Myers meant by "a haven for rapists" we can't prove either way whether or not it was hypocritical, but I suspect he did not mean something along the lines of "a place where repentant people who committed rape during their childhood receive support" and I have no reason to believe otherwise. Thus, I have no reason to consider his attack hypocritical. Much like I would suspect Jack isn't referring to drugs as mild as caffeine in what he means by "drug addict". I have every reason to consider PZ's attack utterly baseless, though.
 
Whether or not Myers would consider his own comment hypocritical doesn't seem relevant to whether or not other people can be justified in thinking it hypocritical.

Does a rapist feeling "repentant" somehow negate them being a rapist? I'm sure there are a lot of convicted rapists in prison who wish that was how it worked, but I don't think many others feel that way.

There is only one sense in which Nugent's blog is a safe haven for rapists, and that is that he disallows potentially libellous accusations against named persons, such as the person whom Myers named in his infamous grenade post.

There is only one sense in which Myers' blog is a safe haven for rapists, and it is that an ingroup member can admit to raping multiple people and they will continue to be warmly received, their crimes excused as understandable under the circumstances.

Which sense is worse, I leave to you.

The reason I used the qualifier "repentant" is that supporting a repentant rapist is not equivalent to supporting rape, being pro-rape or anything of that nature.

Having read the Ogvorbis stuff, I don't consider either of the two things you are referring to to be a problem. Nor would I describe either blog as a haven for rapists.

Supporting, or "providing a haven" for a repentant rapist is still supporting (or providing a haven for) a rapist. It does not matter how repentant they are, they still (claim to have) committed rape multiple times. This has nothing to do with supporting rape, or being pro-rape, or anything of that nature, as Myers' accusation against Nugent was "providing a haven for rapists", not "being pro-rape", as far as I am aware.

ETA: Which, as Myers is doing the very thing he is accusing Nugent of, is hypocrisy.

Wow...how does she keep getting more and more irritating? She actually thinks that there are "MRAs" out there plotting against her. I wonder how far down the rabbit hole she's going to go now that she no longer has the rest of the SGU cast to give her some balance.
