Continuation Part 19: Amanda Knox/Raffaele Sollecito

bagels keeps saying she was an honours student but in the UW photos, she's not wearing chords.

I didn't "insist I knew better than" Vedova. (Isn't he the one involved in some dodgy bridge-building?)

Do you have a hotline to this character that you know what his legal views are in the matter?

What photos? Do you have photos of Amanda wearing a cap and gown at the UW? If so, I wonder how that is possible since Amanda chose not to attend because she didn't want the attention.

As for the rest of your bs spin, Is there a reason you decided to suggest that her lawyer was crooked? This is par for the course for you. You besmirched the characters Detective Douglas, Engineer Ron Hendry, Dr. Peter Gill, Greg Hampikian just because they proved your silly theories wrong.

Now again, where are YOUR legal citations for the appeal process and statute of limitations that you so authoritatively pretend to know so well.

Heheh. When you say "followed by the papperrazi" you mean Madison Paxton who took most of the so-called news pics.

What the hell are you talking about? Do you feel the need to lie about EVERYTHING? Madison didn't take any photos that I know of that were published in the tabloids. She wasn't the photographer that tried to follow Amanda for the last few years camped out in the International District. I think Madison took the pictures on Amanda's website and supplied a couple of pics of her roommate for one article for the Seattle press,

Man its annoying to have a discussion with someone who doesn't mind if what she says is the truth or not. It's not that you are deliberately lying, it's that you could care less if what you say is the truth or not, but only if it supports that whacko idea you've cooked up in your head. That a nice average pretty girl is somehow some evil sex killer.

The truth is just way to mundane for you to be interested in it.

It is: he's the scruffy guy.

It's the trench coat and cigar that he was famous for. But that doesn't take away from the fact that you were totally clueless about the show but chose to use this old TV show as a reference. A show you now say you never watched. Why would you do that?

It's my own opinion, actually. It's not rocket science to work out, in a country that only gives compensation to those "wrongfully" imprisoned if they had no liability in their own circumstances.

You might have noticed Marasca and Bruno heavily criticise the pair for lying constantly, and I am sure this is to make sure they do not profit.

More bull from Vixen. What a surprise. Why not provide citations to go with your wildly wrong remarks..

I do to. It's not what I would do. I'd be trying to maximize on that celebrity. She wants the world to forget her even though that is an impossibility. She'd be very happy to lead a quiet every day life with zero press.

Raffaele seems to understand that this is impossible and is not shying away. I don't worry about Raffaele. He really seems as if he has gone through the fire and only become stronger for it. I think on the other hand it has been much harder for Amanda. Maybe it's because almost all the venom has been directed towards her and Raffaele has basically been an afterthought. Or maybe it's just that they are different people.

I wish she would have come out of her shell. . . .There is an extremely strong atheist and humanist community in Seattle which could have helped her.
In addition, I think she could be an asset to them at the same time.

Oh dear. It doesn't look like you've read Bruno-Marasca's report:

It is not understandable, in fact, what reason could have driven the young woman to produce such
serious accusations. The theory that she did so in order to escape psychological pressure from
detectives seems extremely fragile, given that the woman [47] could not fail to realize that such
accusations directed against her boss would turn out to be false very soon, given that, as she
knew very well, Mr. Lumumba had no relationship with Ms. Kercher nor with the Via della
Pergola house. Furthermore, the ability to present an ironclad alibi would have allowed
Lumumba to obtain release and subsequently the dropping of charges.
However, the said calunnia is another circumstantial element against the current appellant,
insofar as it can be considered a strategy in order to cover up for Mr. Guede, whom she had an
interest to protect because of fear of retaliatory accusations against her. This is confirmed by the
fact that Mr. Lumumba, like Mr. Guede, is a man of colour, hence the indication of the first one
would be safe in the event that the latter could have been seen by someone while entering or
exiting the apartment.
And moreover, the staging of a theft in Romanelli’s room, which she is accused of, is also a
relevant point within an incriminating picture, considering the elements of strong suspicion
(location of glass shards – apparently resulting from the breaking of a glass window pane caused
by the throwing of a rock from the outside – on top of, but also under clothes and furniture), a
staging, which can be linked to someone who – as an author of the murder and a flatmate
[titolare] with a formal [“qualified”] connection to the dwelling – had an interest to steer
suspicion away from himself/herself, while a third murderer in contrast would be motivated by a
very different urge after the killing, that is to leave the apartment as quickly as possible.

I am certain that Madison Paxton took none of the long-lens photos of Knox which have had a mysterious - and rather unpleasant - habit of cropping up in rags such as the Mail over the past few years.

And it's "Paparazzi". Jeez. From the photographer character Paparazzo in the movie "La Dolce Vita". Which means "The Sweet Life". Written and directed by Fellini. He was a famous Italian film director. In the '50s and '60s mainly. Paparazzi.

I have a zoom lens. They are not restricted to paparazzi.

This is typical of you Vixen. You provide evidence that doesn't support your original comment.

Oh, come on. Who else took the pic of Amanda handing over cash to James Taremo (_Sp?).

I don't know. Not that I've seen this pic But how does any of this support your original contention that Amanda was flaunting and acting like a "B list celebrity?

Atheist? How is that relevant?

Well I am informed Jimi Hendrix came from Seattle, so must be a real coooool place in some respects!

Amanda Knox at was an atheist and from her writings, I strongly suspect that she still is. It is interesting how many atheists come from Catholic schools.

My reasons for knowing that Paxton didn't take those photos of Knox have absolutely nothing to do with the fact the a zoom lens was used. What on earth are you talking about?

Oh, come on. Who else took the pic of Amanda handing over cash to James Taremo (_Sp?).

Not Madison Paxton. And if in your head you think it was her, then obviously you'll have evidence (as a result of the careful, meticulous and fact-checking research for which you believe you're famous....). So what's your evidence?

Guess it's just as well she is atheist.

At least Raff has more grace in that respect.

ETA to rephrase, this is how it comes across in my view.

I have no intention of offending anybody for their personal views and am tolerant of others' beliefs and non-beliefs.
